Supporting faculty members is one of your top priorities.
...but, with limited budgets, fewer support staff, and time, it can be challenging to provide your faculty with relevant and engaging learning opportunities that works with their schedules.
You keep trying. . .
You've reached out to guest speakers but it's almost impossible to coordinate schedules so faculty can attend.
You've repeated the same workshops on different days of the week, but attendance is small and your team members are getting tired.
You've created online workshops, but faculty are trying to keep up with their own courses.
There is a better way! With Your Teaching Coach you can
provide faculty with the opportunity to:
Continue their professional development whenever and wherever it's convenient for them.
Personalize their journey & dig deeper into topics they're most passionate about.
Apply what they've learned with reflection questions & discussions.
Attend special, members-only webinars facilitated by experts.
Connect with other educators in our supportive online community.
Get ongoing support in our monthly virtual coaching sessions.
Access worksheets, templates and recordings so they can learn anytime.
Explore additional resources so they can continue their learning.
Your Teaching Coach is your partner for faculty and student success.
Here's how the program works!
Your Teaching Coach is an innovative, app-based professional development program to support professors and educators in creating effective and engaging learning experiences for college students.
Your Teaching Coach moves with your faculty throughout the academic year so they always have the support they need, when they need it.
Choice. They can choose how much they want to learn about a topic based on their prior knowledge, experiences, and goals.
Small lessons, anytime, anywhere. Bite-sized lessons available in the palm of their hand makes it easy to learn whenever and wherever it works best for their schedule.
Supportive, active community. They will be able to connect with other colleagues who can offer support, share ideas, ask questions, and grow their professional network.
Coaching. Monthly small group coaching sessions will help faculty reach their goals, improve their teaching, and continue their journey to become effective and engaging educators.

Hi, I'm Barbi!
Before I launched by business back in 2011, I served in every position (from intern to director!) in a teaching center at a large research university.
I have been involved in faculty development from every perspective, and I know how challenging it is to plan events and create resources to support busy faculty members, especially in teaching.
That's why I created Your Teaching Coach! I developed this innovative program to support educators at all levels and from all types of institutions. I want to give them a supportive place to connect, learn, and be recognized for their dedication to teaching.
I also want to make it easier for you to provide professional learning experiences for your faculty!
For the past 21 years, I have worked with educators from around the world as a speaker, consultant, author, and podcaster. Bringing people together to talk about teaching is the work that I love to do!
I look forward to working with you & your colleagues!
